At BookMartAI, we provide digital courses and online learning services. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not applicable once course access has been provided.

Once a user has successfully enrolled and course access has been granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is deducted but course access is not provided due to a technical issue, or if a duplicate payment occurs, the amount will be refunded after verification. Refunds in such cases are processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their enrollment request before course access is provided. Once access is granted, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.
